Lobster Bisque  a classic rich & wonderful soup with a lobster roll garnish

 Classic Caesar Salad - Sliced romaine hearts tossed in a creamy Caesar dressing, finished off with house croutons, bacon, Quail's egg & freshly shaved Parmesan 

 Tuna Tartare Tower – layered with fresh tuna, avocado & mango

Mains:

Roast Duck à l'orange – with fruit and potato dauphine

 Beef Tartare – served with frites, mixed greens & toast

 Grilled Wild Sockeye Salmon – served with mango citrus salsa on mushroom risotto

 Steak & Frites - Grilled Strip Loin steak with house made fries served with either an herb butter or peppercorn sauce

 Dinner Salad - with mixed greens, baby kale, strawberries, with grilled avocado & either grilled steak or chicken

Desserts:
